We recommend booking a minimum of 8-12 months in advance for weddings and 2-3 months for special occasion cakes. The sooner you book your cake the better to ensure that you have ample opportunity to secure your preferred date and time. A very limited number of orders are taken each month due to the time consuming process of scratch baking and custom designing each cake, dessert, or sweets table.

Yes! We offer full service delivery and setup for wedding cakes and dessert tables. This service includes cake floral placement, cake topper placement, and setting out desserts if the environment allows. We do have a delivery order minimum of $500 for locations 10 miles outside of Oregon, IL. Pickup is offered for cakes two tiers or smaller and smaller dessert orders if you choose not to have your order delivered. Delivery is required for cakes three tiers or larger. Delivery fees start at $25 for local orders and vary based on location.

Yes! To-go tasting boxes are offered for our wedding clients to taste a variety of delicious cake and buttercream flavors. These tasting boxes can be scheduled for pickup after confirming availability for your event date via our contact form. Tasting boxes are $20 and include four cake flavors and four buttercream flavors of your choice. A dessert table tasting box is also available for $25.

We currently offer vanilla or chocolate gluten free cake options. French macarons are also a delicious gluten free dessert option. The Noble Cakery is not a gluten or allergy free kitchen, our facility regularly handles nuts and nut products, dairy and gluten. Please contact us for more information regarding allergies and how we may accommodate you.

Since each cake is custom designed there is not a one size fits all price. All cakes are based on serving size and design complexity. Tiered buttercream wedding cakes start at $7.50 per serving. This is a base price only, all of our cakes and dessert tables are custom quoted to fit your budget and needs. Please fill out the form on our contact page for a custom quote.

High temperatures can adversely affect your cake and desserts. It is the client's responsibility to arrange with the venue an appropriate temperature controlled location for the cake, out of direct sunlight and away from unnecessary heat. Cake and buttercream are best enjoyed at room temperature for the ideal texture and flavor. Please allow 2-4 hours at room temperature at a minimum after refrigeration. Time required may vary based on cake size, storage temperature and ambient temperature. Room temperature is defined as 68-72 degrees Fahrenheit.

Fresh flowers are the perfect accent for your wedding cake! We highly suggest ordering cake flowers from your florist and having them left at the venue for us to apply to the cake. We prefer to apply the flowers ourselves to ensure food safety and cake integrity. If you prefer we source flowers for you that can be added to any cake for an additional fee, color choices may be limited.
